Business analyst in e-invoicing

The team is developing a modern toolbox that provides companies with a digital personal travel agent for quickly and inexpensively booking employee travel.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to tax and e-invoicing processes
• Work with stakeholders to understand VAT electronic handling requirements
• Analyze and support invoice-related workflows and compliance needs
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution design and delivery
• Ensure alignment of business processes with regulatory and invoicing standards
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of e-invoicing features

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or finance-related projects
• Strong understanding of tax processes
• Experience with e-invoicing solutions
• Knowledge of VAT electronic handling
• Familiarity with UBL (Universal Business Language)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong accounting/audit background and VAT treatment understanding
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of laws and requirements for e-invoicing in France, Spain, Filipines
• Experience with compliance or regulatory-driven projects
• Background in finance, accounting, or tax systems
• Knowledge of invoice exchange standards or document workflows

Work locations include Armenia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Georgia, India, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, and Ukraine.
