Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned Project Superintendent to oversee ground up commercial healthcare developments in Southlake, Texas, with a focus on surgery centers and emergency rooms.

Responsibilities
  • Lead on site construction oversight for ground up healthcare developments, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
  • Supervise daily field operations and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
  • Serve as the on site representative for ownership, maintaining alignment with project objectives and timelines
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes
  • Conduct quality control inspections and maintain accurate daily logs and reporting
  • Coordinate construction activities to ensure adherence to approved budgets and schedules
  • Resolve field issues proactively to keep projects progressing efficiently
Qualifications
  • 5 to 10 years of commercial construction experience with required healthcare project exposure
  • Proven experience delivering ground up surgery centers and emergency rooms
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, cost control, and safety compliance
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, contracts, submittals, and specifications
  • Proficiency in construction management platforms, Bluebeam Revu, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
