Job Details

We are seeking a detail driven Project Manager to support commercial healthcare and office developments in Southlake, Texas from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with project execution from bidding and preconstruction through turnover
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules in Microsoft Project, tracking critical path and milestone dates
  • Manage submittals, requests for information, permits, and change orders
  • Coordinate with superintendents, vendors, architects, and engineers to maintain alignment and progress
  • Support budget tracking, procurement logs, and cost updates
  • Participate in site walks, quality checks, and punch list resolution
  • Maintain accurate project files, documentation, and reporting
Qualifications
  • 3 to 10 years of commercial construction or development experience, healthcare exposure preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with budgeting, permitting, document control, and construction workflows
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, or similar construction management software
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
