• Oversee day-to-day production operations for roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior projects
• Build and maintain an industry-leading customer experience
• Schedule crews, materials, inspections, and subcontractors
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• Communicate with homeowners on timelines and updates
• Work closely with sales to ensure smooth project handoff

• Experienced in residential construction or exterior restoration (3+ years)

• Excellent communicator and natural leader

• Able to read scopes of work and understand construction contracts
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
