CapEx Construction Project Manager

Since 1988, The Barron Companies has provided real estate, construction, engineering and nationwide facility services for commercial multi-tenant portfolios. Currently we operate in 48 contiguous states.

This full-time, on-site Cap Ex Construction Project Manager role is based in Fort Worth, TX. The Project Manager will oversee capital expenditure construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating all project activities, formulating budgets, managing contractors and subcontractors, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires regular communication with stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

• Experience in Project Coordination and ability to organize and integrate various tasks and teams effectively nationwide
• Strong skills in Construction Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of construction activities
• Proven expertise in Budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management in construction projects
• Knowledge and experience in Construction Management and overseeing site operations, including contractor supervision
• Proficiency in Project Management concepts, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with construction software tools is a plus such as Procore, Facilit and Service Channel
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Texas, Florida and California is advantageous
