Trillium Construction is hiring for a Senior Project Manager in Fort Worth, TX!
The PM willwork with a well-established general commercial contractor and help manage retail and commercial projects throughout the country.
Duties:
-Review owner and subcontractor bid packages, ensuring comprehensive understanding of project requirements
-Solicit pricing and negotiating price and scope with subcontractors,
issuing subcontracts, purchase orders, and obtaining required documentation
-Develop, monitor and enforce project schedules through effectivecoaching, ensuring timely project completion
-Conduct regular visits to construction sites, ensuring safe work practices andcompliance with contract documents
-Review, approve, and/or negotiate subcontractor pay requests, initiateowner and subcontractor change orders and submit weekly reports and updates to the client.
-Prepare and submit closeout packages for final payment tosuppliers and subcontractors, as well as billings to the client
-Regularly monitor job costs, reconcile work-in-progress costs, and promptlyinform management of any variances from the approved budget
-Oversee all contract administration of subcontractors, including documentation of substandard work or untimely performance, up to and includingtermination/replacement if necessary
Compensation:
-Annual salary between $120,000 - $140,000
-PTO, and 7 paid holidays

Qualifications:
-A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Proven experience (15+ years) in construction industry with 10 years of experience overseeingprojects with values ranging between $400,000 - $4 million
-Proficiency in Procore is strongly desired
-A thorough knowledge of the construction industry, terminology, and processes.
-Must understand the project plans and specifications; must be able to read and accuratelyinterpret blueprints, construction documents, and building specifications.
-Excellent organizational, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relations skills are required.
-Must be able to work within tight deadlines
