Dyna Ten Corporation is a mechanical contractor based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, operating since 1980. We specialize in pipe fitting, plumbing, HVAC, and sheet‑metal fabrication for commercial, industrial, and medical projects.

Position Summary

Senior Construction Project Manager responsible for HVAC and plumbing related construction projects. This role involves managing, supervising, planning, communicating, executing, and completing assigned projects within cost, schedule, quality and safety parameters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple full mechanical construction projects of varying sizes.
  • Maintain and monitor general conditions, work scope, and project specifications throughout the project life cycle.
  • Supervise Project Engineers, General Supervisors, and field labor to plan, organize and schedule work.
  • Review contracts and subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance and accountability.
  • Create project schedule of values, budget, and cost‑code schedule.
  • Ensure safety policies and methods are observed on site.
  • Purchase materials, equipment, and subcontracts; maintain financial controls and records.
  • Prepare and submit progress payment applications and review subcontractor payments.
  • Collaborate with design teams on design‑build projects.
  • Develop client relationships in a business development capacity.
  • Perform project close‑out, retainage, and lien processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years project management experience in mechanical contracting or related construction firms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years managing PMs and PEs.
  • Proficiency with Timberline, MS Office, CAD, and other engineering software.
  • Proven knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems.
  • Experience with design‑build and design‑assist construction.
  • Strong negotiation skills for change orders and project presentations.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment and interface professionally with industry professionals.
