• $70,000 to $80,000 annual salary based on experience

• Lead on‑site operations for commercial construction projects based out of Alvarado, Texas with travel throughout Texas and occasional out‑of‑state assignments
• Manage daily field operations including commercial build‑outs, renovations, and ground‑up construction
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to maintain schedules and productivity
• Enforce OSHA standards and maintain a safe, organized job site
• Monitor project schedules, manpower planning, and daily progress
• Conduct site meetings, safety briefings, and quality control inspections
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and inspectors to keep projects aligned
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly to avoid delays
• Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation using construction management software
