Project Manager - Construction in Fort Worth

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and deliver construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and work timetables.
• Select and coordinate contractors and subcontractors, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain necessary permits and licenses.
• Direct and supervise construction personnel and activities onsite.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
• Address potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and reports.
