Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while also maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinating and supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Preparing and reviewing construction cost estimates and accounting documents.
• Monitoring project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Facilitating communication between contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Conducting regular site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to plans.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction accounting and cost estimating.
• Experience in retail and restaurant construction is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
