Commercial Waterproofing Superintendent (Bilingual)

For one of the largest and best commercial waterproofing/roofing firms in the Fort Worth, TX area.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Waterproofing Superintendent to oversee commercial waterproofing projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are looking for a motivated leader who is safety-focused, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work while leading field crews to success.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Supervise commercial waterproofing crews on multiple job sites.
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Manage materials, equipment, and workforce efficiently.
• Train, mentor, and develop field employees.
• Complete daily reports, timekeeping, and project documentation.
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide solutions to maintain project progress.

• 3+ years of commercial waterproofing experience.
• Previous superintendent or foreman leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of below-grade waterproofing, air barriers, sealants, expansion joints, traffic coatings, and related systems.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to project sites throughout the DFW Metroplex.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
