Senior Project Manager – Dallas, TX

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong project‑management background for construction contracts ranging from $10–100M. The role requires at least 10 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Project and Proliance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop contacts and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Negotiate business and legal provisions of construction contracts.
  • Consistently achieve high levels of quality, design, and profitability on assigned projects.
  • Ensure team accounts receivables are managed and collected promptly.
  • Resolve warranty issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Carry out general team administrative responsibilities accurately.
  • Participate in, or lead, owner/client presentations and negotiations.
  • Oversee design development, budget preparation, and project schedule development.
  • Supervise a team comprising Project Engineers, Sr. Project Engineers, Project Managers I & II, and Project Assistants, as required.
  • Play a key role in procurement strategy, including preparing bid documents, negotiating, and awarding subcontracts.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of project‑management experience on contracts $10–100M.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or construction engineering.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Project and Proliance.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, estimating, scheduling, cost control, material pricing, and design management.
  • Proven ability to manage teams profitably.
  • Effective and convincing formal sales presentation skills.
  • Strong delegation skills and ability to balance big‑picture and immediate responsibilities.
