Post Tension Estimator / Detailer
We are looking for someone who is organized, structured, has a strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Detailing
- Estimating
- Shop Drawings
- Entry Level Project Managing
- Order Taking
- Customer Service
Skills and Abilities
- Working AutoCAD knowledge, a plus
- Shear 97 or ASA knowledge
- Detail oriented
- Self-motivated and self-starter
- Must have excellent verbal and communication skills
- Effectively communicate issues to the management team
- Dependable
- Must have a sense of urgency about each task at hand
- On screen take-off knowledge a plus
MUST HAVE:
- Experience in estimating and detailing small to medium sized residential and commercial construction projects and generally helping to manage the ongoing projects.
- Experience in Detailing, Estimating, Shop Drawings, Order Taking and Customer Service.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Working AutoCAD knowledge, a plus
- Shear 97 or ASA knowledge
- On screen take-off knowledge a plus
