We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team, specializing in Data Centre projects. This role is integral to ensuring the successful execution of commissioning, project, and construction management activities, with a strong emphasis on QAQC processes. • Oversee and manage all aspects of data centre construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead commissioning activities, ensuring all systems and components are designed, installed, tested, and maintained according to project specifications.
• Implement and enforce QAQC protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team.

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in data centre construction or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning, project management, and construction management principles.
• Expertise in QAQC processes and a thorough understanding of industry standards and best practices.
