Kodiak Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks a Senior Mechanical Estimator to join a growing North Texas mechanical construction team. You will prepare detailed estimates for plumbing, piping, and sheet metal systems on projects up to $50M and lead bid processes through handoff to operations.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in commercial mechanical estimating, strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing, and proficiency with Excel, Bluebeam, Revit, EstMEP, or equivalent tools.
