What You'll Do- Lead commercial waterproofing projects from mobilization through completion.
- Supervise and mentor in-house waterproofing crews while coordinating occasional subcontractors.
- Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and productivity goals.
- Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and project requirements.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and logistics.
- Communicate with project managers, clients, inspectors, and general contractors.
- Train and develop field personnel to create future leaders.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
- Represent the company professionally on every project.
- 3-15 years of experience as a Commercial Waterproofing Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Foreman.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual Required).
- Experience managing commercial waterproofing crews.
- Ability to supervise both self-performing employees and occasional subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Above-grade waterproofing systems
- Air barriers
- Fluid-applied membranes
- Sheet membranes
- Expansion joints
- Joint sealants
- Traffic coatings
- Building envelope systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety.
- Ability to read plans, specifications, and project schedules.
