Key Responsibilities:- Lead preconstruction efforts, including conceptual and detailed estimating, scheduling, constructability analysis, value management, BIM, and procurement.
- Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Maintain subcontractor relationships and stay informed on market trends.
- Play an active role in industry organizations and business development efforts.
- Work alongside Chief Estimator, Regional Managers, and leadership teams to allocate resources effectively.
- Oversee preconstruction team members and coordinate assignments with direct supervisors.
