A rapidly growing heavy civil contractor is searching for an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to help drive the expansion of its North Texas division. This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-impact municipal infrastructure projects while helping shape the future of a growing operation.
What You'll Do- Lead complex water and wastewater projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, forecasting, cost controls, and project profitability
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, billings, and documentation
- Keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Build lasting relationships with municipal clients and industry partners
- Help develop the team and expand the company's presence throughout North Texas
- Five or more years of construction project management experience
- Water or wastewater treatment plant construction experience
- Knowledge of pump stations, process piping, concrete structures, underground utilities, or municipal infrastructure
- Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and scheduling abilities
- A driven, solutions-focused approach to managing challenging projects
- Play a major role in growing the North Texas division
- Lead essential infrastructure projects that directly impact local communities
