An essential and impactful position has arisen for a Civil / Mechanical Lead to join to join a leading owner's engineering and project delivery organization.
In this role, you will report closely to the Site Manager / Construction Lead and oversee all site grading, roadwork, drainage, foundation installation, and mechanical tracker deployment to ensure field execution meets strict engineering standards.

The successful Civil / Mechanical Lead will:
- Bring 5+ years of dedicated civil construction experience on utility-scale solar or heavy civil infrastructure projects.
- Possess deep hands-on experience with tracker foundations, pile driving logs, tracker mechanical assembly, and overall solar site development.
- Demonstrate strong familiarity with interpreting geotechnical reports, witnessing compaction testing, and validating civil testing procedures.
- Rigorously monitor on-site civil activities, including bulk earthworks, grading, road building, equipment foundations, and concrete placement.
- Ensure environmental and quality compliance by verifying stormwater systems, culverts, erosion control (SWPPP), and managing civil quality documentation and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
