Location: Fort Worth, TX (On‑site - Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $45,870 - $56,210 per year

We are excited to announce an opening for an Entry Level Production Assistant at our dynamic team! This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to jumpstart their careers in the production industry. As an Entry Level Production Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth running of our production processes, assisting various departments and gaining valuable hands‑on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup and teardown of production equipment including cameras, lighting, and sound gear.
  • Support the production team during shoots by managing props and ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Help with the coordination of schedules and logistics for production days according to project timelines.
  • Assist in video editing and post‑production tasks as needed, learning from experienced editors.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of production equipment and supplies.
  • Contribute ideas and participate in creative brainstorming sessions with the production team.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Film, Media, or related field is a plus.
  • Strong interest in film and television production with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate clearly with team members.
  • Basic knowledge of production equipment and software is a plus, though not required.
