The Events Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the coordination and execution of corporate and promotional events. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure each event runs smoothly and meets brand standards.

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion
• Support event logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, and on-site coordination
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure timelines and requirements are met
• Help manage event inventories, materials, and setup needs
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with post-event follow-up and reporting
