Salary: $70,000 - 80,000

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Content Creator to lead the development of high‑quality content across multiple social media platforms. This role will serve as the primary owner of social content creation-concepting, producing, and delivering compelling graphics, photos, videos, and written copy for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Key Responsibilities

+ Develop, produce, and publish high‑quality social content (graphics, short‑form video, photography, copy) across platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Facebook, and others.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to concept social-first ideas that support broader campaigns.

+ Maintain a strategic perspective-ensuring content ladder ups to brand goals, campaign objectives, and audience insights.

+ Stay current on social trends, formats, and platform updates to guide creative direction.

+ Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, on-brand execution.

+ Analyze performance metrics and apply learnings to improve future content.

Requirements

+ 3+ years of experience creating social content for brands, agencies, or in-house teams.

+ Strong portfolio showcasing social-first creative work (video, design, and copy preferred).

+ Deep understanding of platform nuances (Tik Tok vs. Instagram vs. Linked In, etc.).

+ Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on content production.

+ Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, or similar.

+ Excellent visual storytelling and writing skills.
