• Lead portrait sessions independently for families, children, and pets.
• Execute full shot lists while maintaining Park Hill posing and lighting standards.
• Direct clients confidently and create a relaxed, polished studio experience.
• Ensure wardrobe, hair, glasses, and pet handling details are managed during sessions.
• Deliver complete image sets that meet required image counts and artistic standards.
• Maintain efficient post‑session workflow including file transfer and image organization.
• Model professionalism and support the growth of developing photographers on the team.

• You are confident behind the camera and comfortable directing people.
• You know how to create flattering lighting and posing for a variety of clients.
• You pay attention to the small details that elevate a portrait.
• You take ownership of your work and consistently deliver professional results.
• You thrive in an environment where expectations and standards are high.

• Minimum 2 years professional photography experience
• Strong working knowledge of studio lighting and posing
• Experience directing clients during portrait sessions
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Flexible schedule including weekends
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain active during sessions
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and accountable
