Job Summary

Andrews Distributing Company is looking for a Creative Designer to develop creative marketing and advertising solutions, deliver designs, and support brand consistency across multiple channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop creative concepts and design strategies for marketing collateral that exceed customer expectations.
  • Design and create animations, visual effects for digital screens, presentations, and video content.
  • Manage multiple projects, communicate roadblocks, and schedule content for various digital layouts.
  • Produce engaging digital animations for events and visitors, representing Andrews brands.
  • Lead, brainstorm, and present creative projects from concept to completion.
  • Design point‑of‑sale advertising and traditional collateral for internal and external presentations.
  • Maintain cohesive visual identity, implement branding guidelines, and review proofs for printing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver key deliverables on schedule.
  • Communicate and present creative ideas to stakeholders and assist the Creative Marketing Manager in evaluating project quality.
  • Serve as Andrews brand standards liaison and stay current with creative marketing trends.
  • Identify and develop future‑fit approaches for innovative work.
Qualifications
  • Minimum three years of experience in a design role.
  • Experience developing brand communications strategy, brand development, design, and/or marketing campaign processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Advanced planning, organization, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and MS Office.
  • Preferred:
    Project management experience; prior experience in beer or distribution industry; experience leading complex creative projects.
Physical Requirements & Essential Functions
  • Maintain prolonged seated posture and use computer equipment.
  • Perform filing, bending, stooping, and twisting as needed.
  • Move up to 10 lbs occasionally; use personal computer for email, reports, and documentation.
  • Speak, hear, and see normally; fine hand‑eye coordination required.
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and maintain regular attendance.
