Seeking a Marketing & Events Designer for the following role.

• Develop well-crafted design solutions for a variety of projects in support of our marketing and ad sales teams (including but not limited to presentations, research reports, one-sheets, email blasts, newsletters, trade ads and social content, sponsorship opportunity decks, etc.)
• Develop and produce creative designs surrounding client hospitality events, internal events, and industry events: hero/key art, digital invitations and communication collateral, microsites (Splash/Ceros), environmental graphics and signage, presentation materials, branded premiums, etc.
• Responsible for project management tasks, including file management, tracking changes, backing‑up files, routing work for proof‑reading, sending files to vendors, gaining internal approvals, etc.

• Must be deeply experienced and well‑versed in PowerPoint as deck/presentation development will be the primary function of this role.
• Be able to develop templates, familiar with the various settings, experienced in creating impactful visual layouts with consistent formatting and visual style.
• Be a problem solver for dense/content‑heavy slides, creating editorial‑like solutions for easy visual consumption.
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign experience.
• Ability to create supporting graphics for presentations and design event collateral for digital and print.
• Project Management experience – manage multiple timelines, projects, and deadlines, while being organized and tracking work within our systems.

• Experience with Slack, Splash, , Ceros and/or Figma.

• A proactive communicator comfortable and experienced in remote design.
• Creative and divergent in design approach but organized, strategic, and convergent in execution.
• Able to produce materials that align with existing branding while bringing in fresh ideas and innovative solutions as needed.
• Thorough understanding of information design and layout, identity design, typography, print and visual systems design; experienced in both digital and print design/production.
• Proactive communication and strong sense of time management; ability to work independently and swiftly with great attention to detail.
• Strong sense of organization and file management.
• Ability to maintain design consistency within a branded system across multiple deliverables for visual cohesion.
• High level of creativity and the ability to communicate ideas to both internal and external clients.
• Flexibility to client demands, ability to work well under pressure and multitask are required skills.

• Experienced in programs like Slack (daily communication), Monday/Airtable (project management), Splash/Ceros (microsites, event management), etc.
• Experience in specialty programs such as After Effects, Figma, 3D (not required).
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $55.00/hr – USD $60.50/hr exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
