Creative Photographer & Marketing Coordinator

We'relooking for a creative, dependable photographer with a strong eye and a great vibe to capture our new home projects for social media and marketing — and to help support our design office with day-to-day tasks.

• Photograph new home projects, finishes, and completed builds for social media and marketing use
• Capture professional photography and video content on-site at projects, events, and showings
• Edit photos and short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and other platforms
• Create, plan, and schedule social media content around new project photography
• Maintain a consistent, high-quality visual presence across all company social channels
• Create graphics and marketing materials as needed
• Organize and archive company photo and video files by project
• Develop content ideas and marketing campaigns built around the photography
• Monitor social media engagement and basic performance

• Assistthe design office with day-to-day administrative needs
• Help coordinate schedules around project photo shoots and design meetings
• Keep photo/design files, materials, and documents organized
• Support the design team with basic emails, scheduling, and errands as needed
• Help coordinate company events and meetings
• Handleadditionaloffice and marketing tasks as needed

• A skilled, creative photographer with a strong, confident eye and a great aesthetic sense
• Comfortable directing photo/video shoots independently on-site at project homes
• Experienced with Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and other social platforms
• Skilled in photo/video editing;
  Canva and social scheduling experience preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Friendly, easygoing, and able to work well alongside a design office team
• Able to work independently
