We've been AI-first since December 2023
: GPT Image and Nano Banana Pro are part of the working creative stack, and AI-generated imagery is used in live production work rather than kept to internal tests. You'd be building on a foundation, not evangelising one.

This position is remote, with the option to work from our Dubai office (with 0% income tax), if preferred (relocation and visa sponsorship support available).

Billion in sales, is hiring an AI Image Specialist to own AI image generation for , covering photorealistic hero, lifestyle and advertising imagery across ecommerce and marketing, owning the prompting approaches, reference workflows and production standards behind it, and applying UI/UX design to the layouts that imagery lands in, reporting directly to the UX/UI Design Lead.

This role exists to make AI generation dependable enough to be the production route, building the prompting approaches, reference libraries and quality standards that produce brand-standard imagery at volume, to a predictable result.

  Consistency at brand standard:
  Producing one strong AI image is straightforward; producing them consistently is not. You'll be responsible for hero, lifestyle and advertising imagery that meets brand standard every time, with an actual Puffy mattress rendered accurately inside a fully generated environment. Every image is judged on whether it delivers the brief's objective, not on how it looks alone. The work is making AI dependable enough to be the production route.

  Raise what the whole team can produce:
  The second outcome of this role is what the wider Design team can do. You'll develop the best practices, prompting techniques, reusable reference workflows and quality standards that let existing designers produce to a comparable standard, raising the whole team's output alongside your own.

This is not a role where you run prompts written by someone else and hand the output on. The scope is scarce: very few AI image specialists own the prompting approaches, the reference workflows, the production standards, and the adoption of all three across the design team at once, with a direct line to the UX/UI Design Lead and no layers in between.

Your first 12 months: build the AI-assisted workflows behind Puffy product, hero and lifestyle imagery, with photorealism and product accuracy as the bar. Develop reusable prompting approaches, reference-image workflows, and the production standards that keep output consistent at brand standard. Create and test AI advertising creative with the Growth team, and take outputs through compositing and retouching to final creative. Apply UI/UX design to ecommerce page layouts and image placement with Design and CRO, strengthening visual hierarchy and mobile usability.

Evaluate new image-generation tools and models, and adopt what earns it. Shape the future of creative production at Puffy, where imagery carries the product on every commercial surface.
