Customer/Dealer Support Specialist

You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

  • Respond to Dealer Inquiries
    • Provides a positive customer experience with each interaction
    • Receives, researches and answers customer lead inquiries, service issues, product information inquiries, and orders
  • Capture Warranty Data
    • Enters customer orders for product and replacement parts and accessories
    • Enters customer orders for returned merchandise and authorizes refunds, as necessary
  • Resolve Shipping & Order Status Issues
    • Requests payments from customers regarding outstanding invoices i.e., freight & shipping charges
Job Type

Requirements
  • High School graduate
  • 2-5 years customer service experience
  • Servicing B2B dealer experience preferred
  • Warranty experience preferred
  • Detail oriented
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software
  • Experience with Zendesk, Zoom, and Teams is a plus, but not required, we value quick learners
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and able to pick up new tools with minimal guidance
