Customer/Dealer Support Specialist
You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to:
- Respond to Dealer Inquiries
- Provides a positive customer experience with each interaction
- Receives, researches and answers customer lead inquiries, service issues, product information inquiries, and orders
- Capture Warranty Data
- Enters customer orders for product and replacement parts and accessories
- Enters customer orders for returned merchandise and authorizes refunds, as necessary
- Resolve Shipping & Order Status Issues
- Requests payments from customers regarding outstanding invoices i.e., freight & shipping charges
Full-time
Requirements- High School graduate
- 2-5 years customer service experience
- Servicing B2B dealer experience preferred
- Warranty experience preferred
- Detail oriented
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Experience with Zendesk, Zoom, and Teams is a plus, but not required, we value quick learners
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and able to pick up new tools with minimal guidance
