Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Emulate SSB&T Core Values
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services offered
- Open and prepare documents for all new and revised accounts
- Review of all documents and accounts for completeness
- Maintenance accounts with updated information and corrections
- Document scanning
- Close accounts
- Assist customers with questions and issues
- Accept and process wire transfers
- Prepare paperwork on fraudulent activity as necessary
- Conduct PIN changes, increase limits and issue debit cards
- Assist customers with Electronic Banking
- Accept and process stop payments
- Safe deposit duties
- Process check orders
- Reconcile and prepare reports
- Prepare account letters
- Provide Notary Services
- Dormant account releases
- Other miscellaneous customer service
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good organizational, relational and communication skills
- Detail oriented, quality focused, flexible & able to adapt to change
- Proficient computer skills relevant to Outlook, Word & Excel
- Banking experience is preferred but not required
