Collections Specialist – Contact Center (Onsite) – Fort Worth, TX | Bilingual Preferred (Not Required) |

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | No Weekends | No Second Shift

Credit Systems International, Inc. is seeking motivated, solutions-oriented Collections Specialists to join our onsite Contact Center team in Fort Worth, TX. This position supports customers with delinquent accounts while maintaining strict adherence to applicable federal, state, and client requirements.

Compensation
  • $17–$19/hour (based on experience)
  • Uncapped performance-based bonus (per plan guidelines)
  • Attendance Bonus (per plan guidelines)
Key Responsibilities
  • Contact consumers regarding delinquent accounts and work to resolve balances in a professional, compliant manner
  • Identify reasons for delinquency and determine appropriate resolution options
  • Negotiate payment arrangements within company/client guidelines
  • Accurately document account activity and consumer interactions in the collection system
  • Utilize a Windows-based collections database and related tools
  • Maintain performance standards, productivity expectations, and quality requirements
  • Maintain working knowledge of and follow applicable laws and regulations, including FDCPA and FCRA, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Complete additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven contact center environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum typing speed of 35+ WPM
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Goal-oriented and professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • 1+ year of customer service and/or collections experience
