Job Summary
Daily Dot Art is seeking an Inbound Call Center Agent to handle incoming calls from clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner. This role focuses on providing information, resolving basic inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information regarding services, orders, or general inquiries
- Document call details and customer interactions accurately
- Maintain a polite and professional tone at all times
- Follow company procedures and call handling guidelines
- Meet attendance, quality, and performance expectations
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high call volumes
- Ability to work on-site in Fort Worth, TX
$17 – $27 per hour
