Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Worth, TX, for a Guest Experience Expert. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, handling reservations, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The role involves managing customer interactions via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy. The Guest Experience Expert will play a vital role in upholding the company’s reputation for outstanding customer service.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience to ensure quality interactions
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette to effectively manage guest calls and inquiries
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Prior experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service is a plus
