Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $17.00/hr actual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience.

- Merit increase after 90‑day probationary period, upon passing evaluation
- Answer customer calls and establish follow‑ups with service appointments.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Follow up with missed appointments.
- Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
- Bi‑lingual English/Spanish
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook (preferably dual‑screen experience)
- Able to work any days/hours the BDC is open
- Automotive knowledge a plus
