Licensed Customer Service Agent

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound communications with customers, partners, and insurance carriers.

Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by responding to inbound calls and service requests regarding insurance policies Process customer, carrier, and partner requests in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with guidelines Collaborate with team members to support field agents and enhance customer retention

Required Qualifications 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment High school diploma or equivalent is required Active Property and Casualty license is preferred Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, is required Ability to work flexible schedules to meet customer needs
