• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficient in using computers, customer service software, and telephone systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
