LEGENDS & ASM GLOBAL is a partnership delivering excellence in sports, entertainment, and live events. We create immersive experiences for guests worldwide. The Tour Ambassador role is a dynamic, guest‑facing position guiding tours and representing both the venue and the Legends brand.

Job Summary

The Tour Ambassador is responsible for leading interactive walking tours, delivering engaging facts about the venue, city, and landmarks, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

Essential Functions of the Position
  • Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ensure guest safety during tours and in assigned areas.
  • Lead interactive walking tours, sharing accurate and engaging facts about the venue, city, and surrounding landmarks.
  • Present specialized talks with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
  • Provide high levels of customer service, resolve guest concerns, and report issues to a supervisor.
  • Assist in creating and preparing tour materials and scripts.
  • Communicate to groups of various sizes, projecting a strong stage presence.
  • Maintain knowledge of venue operations, history, and updates to provide accurate information.
  • Support special events, VIP tours, and private group experiences as needed.
  • Work flexible, non‑traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform additional duties assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2‑4 years of tour guide, guest services, or hospitality experience, preferably in attractions, entertainment, or sports environments.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and high level of professionalism.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; multilingual abilities a plus.
  • Confident public‑speaking ability and experience engaging large groups.
  • Local tour guide license preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with interactive presentations and social media a plus.
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with a proactive, creative approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the area’s history and landmarks strongly preferred.
Working Conditions

Physical demands include required sitting, talking, hearing, using hands, and handling controls; reaching with hands and arms. Vision requirements include close vision and ability to adjust focus. The role is located on site at the Cowboys Club at AT&T Stadium.
