We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Customer Service Agent who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping people
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a team, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and creates a warm, welcoming experience for every patient they speak with.

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth in both English and Spanish
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately
• Enter and update patient information in our system
• Help patients understand services, benefits, and next steps
• Support smooth communication between clinics and patients
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of interactions

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
• Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly phone presence
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
  Positive, team-player mindset
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
• Medical office or call center experience preferred (not required)
