EECU Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional service to members. In this role, you will assist members over the phone and ensure every interaction is efficient and courteous.
After six months of in-office training, you will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule with three days in-office and two days remote. A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection is required.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of call center or financial experience and strong communication skills.
