As a BDC SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, you are driven to ensure all Porsche client's needs are handled in a timely and professional manner. You are friendly and have a passion for communication, organization, and delivering a seamless experience. You are a humbly confident teammate with an eagerness to learn and help your team grow.

As a BDC SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE with Autobahn, you will be responsible for:

Providing introductory information to prospective and existing service clients
Scheduling and confirming service appointments
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and service inquiries
Determining the most effective way to address client needs and concerns
Communicating with service advisors and internal teams to support workflow
Tracking appointments and client interactions in CRM systems
Escalating concerns when necessary to ensure timely resolution

Qualifications:

Multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Patience, compassion and empathy
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record & valid driver's license
Willing to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
