This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Fort Worth, TX. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely response to customer inquiries. Additionally, the Dispatcher will handle customer service tasks and maintain accurate records of service requests and job statuses.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Experience in customer service or dispatching roles
• Knowledge of HVAC or mechanical systems is a plus
• Proficiency in computer software for scheduling and data management
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Relevant certification or training in dispatching is beneficial
