Call Center Member Support - Full-Time
We offer a full-time, regular administrative position located in Fort Worth, TX. This role requires in-person work after a 6-month training period, with a hybrid option thereafter.
We provide exceptional member service, emphasizing professionalism, accuracy, and a friendly touch. You’ll handle inbound calls, provide support, and maintain compliance with federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional service to members by answering inbound calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Maintain performance standards in quality, attendance, and a team‑centered work ethic.
- Build lasting relationships by offering products and services as appropriate, ensuring each member is prioritized.
- Protect members and the organization from identity theft or fraud through accurate verification and confidentiality.
- Resolve conflicts and manage member expectations. Adhere to all applicable federal and state regulations.
- Minimum of one year call center or financial experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication with external and internal members.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, logical approach, and good judgment.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple browsers, tabs, and window navigation while available to speak with a member.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, 100% phone‑based environment.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Ability to commute to the call center in Downtown Fort Worth.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent.

9:00 am – 6:00 pm - Schedule:
10:00 am – 7:00 pm - Schedule:
9:00 am – 1:00 pm (rotating Saturdays) - Four positions available.
