Responsibilities
  • Greet walk-in clients in Spanish and English with confidence and professionalism
  • Take control of the front desk and manage multiple customers at once
  • Answer and route calls correctly on the first attempt
  • Capture complete and accurate client information every time
  • Schedule appointments and keep calendars organized
  • Scan, upload, and file documents the same day
  • Track messages, follow-ups, and daily tasks without reminders
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby
  • Follow written processes and checklists consistently
  • Support sales and service staff by preparing clean, usable information
Requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Clear speaking voice and strong listening skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organization habits
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to handle multiple customers at once
  • Comfortable following routines, systems, and checklists
