** Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:*
* + Provide clients and internal business partners with clear, complete, and accurate responses to inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.
+ Deliver efficient operations support by resolving customer account issues, researching products and services, and ensuring quality call handling.
+ Manage risk by accurately authenticating clients, following established policies and procedures, and escalating potential concerns when necessary.
+ Navigate multiple systems, applications, and tools simultaneously to document interactions, research solutions, and provide timely issue resolution.
** Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:*
* + Minimum of
** 2 years of customer service experience
** in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
+ Strong computer literacy with proficiency in
** Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Power Point
** and the ability to navigate multiple systems while accurately documenting information.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong grammar and the ability to interact effectively with customers, peers, and management.
+ Demonstrated ability to de-escalate difficult situations, maintain professionalism, handle confidential information responsibly, and thrive in a changing call center environment.
+ Positive attitude with a willingness to receive coaching, learn new skills, and continuously improve performance.
+ Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

** Pay:** $21.00/hour

** Shift:
** Monday-Friday during training, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM ET; schedule details provided upon hire
+
** Assignment Length:
** 12-Month Assignment with Temp-to-Hire potential

** Additional Information*
* + Average call volume is approximately 40-60 calls per day.
+ Comprehensive classroom-style training is provided by experienced trainers and may last 5-7 weeks.
+ On-the-job training (OJT) is provided with certified mentors who are subject matter experts.
+ Candidates must be comfortable working in a virtual setting while onsite during training.
** Candidate Expectations*
* Before submission, candidates should be aware of the following:
+ Cell phone usage is limited to designated locations and approved break periods.
+ Professional business casual attire is required.
+ Strong attendance is essential, including proper call-off procedures and communication with supervisors and vendors.
+ Punctuality is critical; attendance policies allow a maximum of 16 hours within the first 90 days.
+ Commitment to attending all scheduled training and work assignments is required.
