American Airlines is looking for a Customer Service Agent who will interact with customers in a courteous, efficient and professional manner. Starting pay is $20.23 per hour, and you will help passengers with tickets, reservations, check-in and boarding.
In this role you will issue and reissue tickets, rebook on oversold flights, assist with baggage, coordinate with contractors for hotel and meals, and provide gate information.
