Serves as point of contact for High Net Worth clients in the movement or consolidation of assets.

Are you a FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed professional with a passion for building meaningful client relationships? In this role, you'll be the trusted professional clients turn to during their most sensitive and impactful moments, from joining Vanguard to inheriting assets. Your support will take the complexity off their plate and instill trust as they navigate their investing journey.

Relationship Building:

Grow and nurture meaningful relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor during pivotal moments.

Expertise and Simplicity:

Take the complexity out of financial processes, ensuring clients feel confident and secure.

Autonomy and Empowerment:

Enjoy the autonomy to own the client relationship from start to finish, making decisions that best serve the client's needs.

Base Salary for this role ranges from $65,000 - $80,000 based on licenses held and relevant experience. In addition, you’ll receive a $20,000 licensing bonus for bringing your active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Personal Investor clients during the onboarding and change of ownership experience.
  • Build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Provide expert support during critical moments in clients' financial journeys.
  • Simplify complex processes and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Foster trust and reliability through consistent, high-quality service.
  • Educate clients on Vanguard's product and service offerings to enhance the client experience and fulfill investment needs.
Qualifications:
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and utilize resources effectively.
