Position: Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Customer Success Manager – CFRA Research | Remote (US)

CFRA Research is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support its network of distribution partners in the financial services sector. This full-time, remote role offers $55,000–$70,000/year plus an annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

The successful candidate will manage relationships with service facilitators, resellers, data vendors, and platform providers to ensure seamless content distribution, compliance, and collaborative growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of client objectives, needs, and working styles
  • Drive adoption of CFRA products and services
  • Monitor usage data to target inactive users and maintain accurate user lists
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts (e.g., user adds)
  • Serve as product expert and conduct product trainings
  • Assist with inbound product and research-related questions
  • Partner with Product to integrate client feedback into enhancement roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaign strategies for existing accounts
Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for client success
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client requests
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach

Preferred:

  • Experience servicing Wealth Management accounts
  • Experience in a Research environment
