EECU in Fort Worth is seeking a Call Center Member Support Specialist (Full-Time) to assist members by handling inbound calls, resolving account questions, and delivering friendly, accurate service. After six months of in-office training, a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) may be available.
You will need at least one year in a call center or financial environment, strong communication, and a focus on accuracy.
