The Texas Workforce Commission seeks a Customer Service Representative II to handle routine UI inquiries by phone from its Fort Worth Tele-Center. You will process unemployment insurance claims, enter data into systems, and provide accurate information to claimants and employers.
You’ll work under moderate supervision and help ensure a positive customer experience. Ideal candidates have at least six months of customer service experience and solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
