Location:

Job Duties
* Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
* Resolve customer complaints professionally
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
* Monitor delivery routes and shipment progress
* Scan haul-away pods and verify documentation
* Process delivery order changes and cancellations
Qualifications
Required:
* Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
* High school diploma or GED
* At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organizational skills
