We are looking for a customer-friendly Representative to join our team.
Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing- Take customer orders via messages and calls.
- Deliver excellent customer service by being courteous, friendly and responsive.
- Provide customer support related to deliveries, including missed deliveries, damaged packages, or incorrect items.
- Conduct onsite visits to understand customer needs.
- Must be in Dallas/ Fort Worth
- Monday - Friday (20 - 24 hours per week)
- Regular onsite customer visits
- Must have full working rights in The United States of America
